ADC is a dance studio that specializes in acrobatics dance.

We take each child’s needs and dance style at heart.

Working hands on with every kid, finding their weakness and strength.

Our dance classes improve hand and eye coordination, confidence, ability to do what you love, Muscle strengthening, flexibility and overall improvement for a kid’s mental and physical day to day abilities.

At ADC we do exams from the age of three, as well as competitions.

ADC dancers can do Pracoda Exams, which is Acro Performing arts exams.

Dancers get the opportunity to compete at Talent Africa, SA Dance School Championships, ADA, SA Dance Talent and many more.
